Guest guest Posted February 16, 2008 Report Share Posted February 16, 2008 Chai Tea Slushy 1 1/2 cups soy milk 1/3 cup sugar 3 teaspoons black tea leaves 5 cardamom pods 1 cinnamon stick 3 whole cloves 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1. Combine soy milk, sugar and 1 1/2 cups cold water in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir for 5 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. 2. Add remaining ingredients to pan. Bring to the boil. Remove from heat. Stand for 10 minutes. Strain into a jug. 3. Pour mixture into a 3 cm (1 1/4 " ) deep, 16 x 26 cm (6 1/4 x 10 1/4 " ) pan. Cover and freeze for 2 hours. 4.
