Guest guest Posted February 9, 2008 Report Share Posted February 9, 2008 Immunity-Boosting Strawberry Smoothie 1/2 cup low-fat soy milk 1/2 cup low-fat strawberry -OR- plain soy yogurt 250 g (9 oz) strawberries, washed and halved 4 teaspoons ground linseeds 4 teaspoons ground pumpkin seeds (optional) ice to blend (optional) Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
