Guest guest Posted February 9, 2008 Report Share Posted February 9, 2008 Ginger Mint Tea 4 1/2 cups water 1/3 cup firmly packed fresh mint leaves 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger 4 teaspoons honey (-OR- vegan alternative such as agave nectar) 4 lemon slices 1. Combine water, mint and ginger in pan, simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. 2. Strain, discard mint and ginger. Stir in honey. 3. Serve tea, hot or chilled, with lemon slices. Makes 4 cups.
