Guest guest Posted February 8, 2008 Report Share Posted February 8, 2008 Three Berry Jam 500 g (17 2/3 oz) frozen strawberries 500 g (17 2/3 oz) frozen blackberries 500 g (17 2/3 oz) frozen blueberries 5 cups sugar, approximately 1/4 cup lemon juice 1. Combine frozen berries in large heavy-based pan, stir over low heat 5 minutes. Measure undrained berry mixture, allow 1 cup sugar to each berry mixture. 2. Return berry mixture to pan with sugar and juice, stir over heat, without boiling until sugar is dissolved. Boil, uncovered stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes or until jam jells when tested.
