Guest guest Posted February 8, 2008 Report Share Posted February 8, 2008 Organic Brown Rice Porridge 1 cup soy -OR- rice milk 1/2 teaspoon mixed ground spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, ginger) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup hot cooked organic brown rice 8 teaspoons ground linseeds 8 teaspoons pumpkin seeds 8 teaspoons roasted almonds, chopped 8 teaspoons sultanas 2 bananas, sliced 1. Heat the milk, spices and vanilla. 2. Combine the warm rice with the linseeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds and sultanas. 3. Spoon into serving bowls, and pour over the warmed milk.
