Guest guest Posted February 6, 2008 Report Share Posted February 6, 2008 Kiwifruit and Mint Frappe 4 medium kiwifruits, peeled, chopped coarsely 3/4 cup ice cubes 1/4 cup apple juice 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon finely shredded fresh mint 1. Blend or process kiwifruit, ice, juice, chopped mint and sugar until smooth. 2. Pour into glass; top with shredded mint. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
