Guest guest Posted January 22, 2008 Report Share Posted January 22, 2008 Tangy Tartare Sauce Great dip for wedges and veggie sticks. 1 cup vegan mayonnaise 1/4 cup finely chopped dill -OR- chives -OR- parsley 8 teaspoons finely chopped onion 8 teaspoons finely chopped, drained capers 8 teaspoons finely chopped sweet gherkins Dijon -OR- wholegrain mustard, to taste salt and black pepper, to taste Place mayonnaise, herbs, onion, capers and gherkins in a bowl.
