Since I was last here, I have finally gotten my husband to the point where he is going to transition to mostly, if not all, vegan, along with me, due to serious health reasons. We will also be greatly reducing sugar and fat. I have also recently found out that I am sensitive to gluten, dairy, soy, and eggs. I suspected problems with these things for a long time, but only recently had it confirmed through testing. I am kicking and screaming, but finally letting go of some much loved foods. I also now have a 14 month old daughter who I am raising mostly vegan (tiny bit of chicken) and gluten free (but not soy free). That makes six still at home here--including an ultra fussy 8yo (otherwise known as the Processed Carb King of Northern New Jersey)!
