Well, I know that I went through a serious detox when I stopped eating

wheat/gluten. I broke out in hives, and had determined mood swings.

These lasted about three-four weeks, and now I feel GREAT. The

Christmas holidays have been difficult since I am wheat/gluten free

and my DH is not. All the holiday goodies I'm used to making in the

past have come back to haunt me ;). So I must return to my previous

state of determination, and look forward to learning more, as well as

the support of those who've been on this road for a while.

I was not diagnosed, but after doing research discovered that

wheat/gluten intolerance can be an instigating cause for infertility,

of which I'm struggling with. I haven't felt better since detox has

completed, and I really don't find myself craving wheat/gluten, and

not one to really ever have a solid sweet tooth (cravings

occassionally but otherwise not), as well as being a vegetarian in

college, and now mostly ovo/lacto due to a sensitivity to

'terrestrial' meat (footed animals - fish doesn't bother me, and small

amounts now of terrestrial meats don't but I really do best with

little to none).

Anyhow, I'm excited to be part of the group and to glean as much info

from y'all as you're willing to share!
