Guest guest Posted December 3, 2007 Report Share Posted December 3, 2007 Sesame Bok Choy 2 teaspoons cornflour 8 teaspoons water 8 teaspoons GF hoisin sauce (see Files) 4 teapsoons GF vegan oyster sauce (see Note) 2 teaspoons GF soy sauce 2 teaspoons sesame oil 800 g (28 oz) baby bok choy 4 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted 1. Blend cornflour with water in small jug; stir in sauces. 2. Heat oil in wok or large pan; stir-fry bok choy and seeds until bok choy is just tender. 3. Stir in sauce mixture; stir until mixture boils and thickens.
