Thanks for all your helpful suggestions! You all are awesome. Yes, my

daughters can tolerate soy so Vegan Gourmet Cheese Alternative is an option. Is

this something that most Whole Foods carry or do I need to order it on line. If

I order it on line, how does it not spoil?

I use " Follow Your heart Vegan Gourmet Cheese Alternative " . There are 3 flavors:

Cheddar, Monterey Jack & Mozzarella (sp?). and it melts, too. Pretty tasty, too.

Hi Becky,

I buy my cheese alternative at the grocery store. They have a nice little " Heath

Market " with lots of good stuff. I can usually ask if they carry something and

they will research and let me know. I am a regular customer there, so I think

that helps.

 

If you order online, not sure how it stays fresh. maybe it is sent FedEx in a

cold pack carton?
