Guest guest Posted November 29, 2007 Report Share Posted November 29, 2007 Creamed Pumpkin with Maple Syrup 2 kg (4 1/2 lb) pumpkin (-OR- butternut squash/pumpkin) olive oil salt and pepper, to taste 8 tsp maple syrup 8 tsp chopped parsley 1. Preheat oven to 200 C (400 F). 2. Peel pumpkin and cut into pieces. Toss with a little oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Place on tray and bake for 40 minutes or until soft. 3.
