Guest guest Posted November 25, 2007 Report Share Posted November 25, 2007 Beans with Macadamia Nuts 4 teaspoons olive oil 100 g (3 1/2 oz) macadamia nuts, chopped 1 clove garlic chopped 175 g (6 oz) baby beans, blanched 1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. 2. Add nuts and garlic and cook for 30 seconds. 3. Add beans and toss to warm through. SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve as part of an antipasto platter. Serves 8.
