Guest guest Posted November 27, 2007 Report Share Posted November 27, 2007 Mixed Berry Punch 1 teabag 1 cup boiling water 120 g (4 1/4 oz) raspberries 150 g (5 1/4 oz) blueberries 125 g (4 1/2 oz) strawberries, halved 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves 750 ml (25 fl oz) chilled sparkling apple cider 2 1/2 cups chilled lemonade (see Note) 1. Place teabag in mug, cover with the boiling water; stand 10 minutes. Squeeze teabag over mug, discard teabag; cool tea 10 minutes. 2. Using fork, crush raspberries in punch bowl; add blueberries, strawberries, mint and tea. Stir to combine, cover; refrigerate 1 hour. 3. Stir cider and lemonade into punch just before serving; sprinkle with extra mint leaves, if desired. NOTE: This is an Australian recipe.
