Guest guest Posted November 23, 2007 Report Share Posted November 23, 2007 Christmas Coleslaw 1/4 (400 g/14 oz) red cabbage, finely shredded 1 large red capsicum (bell pepper), thinly sliced 1 small red onion, halved, thinly sliced 120 g (4 1/4 oz) snow pea sprouts, trimmed Creamy Orange Poppy Seed Dressing: 1/2 cup vegan sour cream 1/2 cup orange juice 2 cm (3/4 " ) piece ginger, peeled, finely grated 2 teaspoons poppy seeds salt and pepper, to taste 1. Make dressing: Whisk sour cream, orange juice, ginger and poppy seeds in a bowl until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. 2 Combine cabbage, capsicum (bell pepper), onion and snow pea sprouts in a large bowl. Add dressing. Toss well to combine. Serves 10.
