Guest guest Posted November 23, 2007 Report Share Posted November 23, 2007 Cos (Romaine) and Celery Salad 1 cos lettuce, roughly torn 5 sticks celery, sliced diagonally 1 cup pecan nuts, toasted, chopped Lemon Dressing: 1/3 cup olive oil 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar salt and pepper to taste 1. Make dressing: Combine ingredients in a screw-top jar. Season with salt and pepper. Secure lid. Shake to combine. 2. Combine lettuce, celery and half the nuts in a large bowl. Add dressing.
