Guest guest Posted November 23, 2007 Report Share Posted November 23, 2007 Berry Punch 125 g (4 1/2 oz) blueberries 125 g (4 1/2 oz) raspberries 250 g (9 oz) strawberries, hulled, sliced 1.5 litres/quarts raspberry and cranberry juice, chilled 1 cup vodka 1 lime 1.25 litres/quarts lemonade, chilled (see Note) ice cubes, to serve 1. Place blueberries, raspberries and strawberries in a large bowl. 2. Add juice and vodka. 3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavours to develop. 4. Thinly slice lime. Cut slices into small wedges. Stir through punch. Add lemonade and ice. Serve. NOTE: This recipe is Australia. Lemonade in Australia is sparkling such as 7-Up or Sprite. Makes 4 litres/quarts.
