Guest guest Posted November 23, 2007 Report Share Posted November 23, 2007 White Sangria 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup vegan brandy 750 ml (25 1/3 fl oz) vegan dry white wine 1 orange, sliced, cut into small wedges 1 pink lady apple, cored, diced 250 g (9 oz) seedless red grapes 1.25 litres (1 1/3 quarts) soda water, chilled ice cubes, to serve 1. Combine sugar, brandy and wine in a large jug. Stir until sugar is dissolved. 2. Add orange, apple and grapes. 3. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavours to develop. 4.
