Guest guest Posted November 23, 2007 Report Share Posted November 23, 2007 Caramelised Mangoes white sugar, mangoes vegan brandy vegan vanilla ice-cream, to serve 1. Cut cheeks from mangoes. Brush cut sides with brandy. Dip in sugar. 2. Place, cut side up, on a foil-lined baking tray. Place under hot grill/broiler. Grill until caramelised. 3. Serve with ice-cream.
