Guest guest Posted November 21, 2007 Report Share Posted November 21, 2007 Mixed Greens with Chilli Ginger Dressing 1 small red chilli, deseeded and chopped 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/4 cup GF soy sauce 2 drops sesame oil 4 teaspoons peanut oil 375 g (13 oz) green beans, topped and tailed 150 g (5 1/3 oz) sugar snap peas, trimmed 1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. 2. Meanwhile, combine chilli, ginger and garlic with soy sauce, sesame and peanut oils. Set aside. 3. Drop beans and peas into water and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Drain and toss with chilli-ginger dressing. Serve. Serves 6.
