Guest guest
This recipe was posted some years ago to another group. The only problem is that the poster never included the oven temperature. I did try this recipe and it was delicious but the chickpeas were still a little soft so they could probably use a longer cooking time. Roasted Chickpeas one 400 g (14 oz) can chickpeas 2 tbsp (8 tsp) olive oil 2 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp cumin a pinch of chilli powder Drain, rinse and dry the chick peas. Lay on tray in a single layer, stir with oil and garlic. Roast them in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, dry on paper towels and then toss them while hot in the cumin, chilli and salt and freshly ground pepper.

Guest guest
Thanks BL. Is the cooking time the same? Many of the recipes I've seen call for 35 - 45 minutes.
