Guest guest Posted November 19, 2007 Report Share Posted November 19, 2007 I just made some roasted chickpeas yesterday and they turned out great! Rinse and drained. Sprayed a cookie sheet with coconut oil. I placed the chickpeas on the sheet and generously sprinkled them with homemade chik seasoning, chili powder and salt then sprayed them with more coconut oil. I kept them in the oven on 250 until they were completely dried out and crunchy. They are so good! My family is gobbling them up and I couldn't be happier.
