Guest guest Posted November 13, 2007 Report Share Posted November 13, 2007 Creamy Lemon Dip Source: 3ABN 12.3 ounces firm, silken tofu 3 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. lemon extract 1/3 c. + 1 Tbsp. pineapple juice concentrate 2 Tbsp. water 1/16 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. canola oil, expeller-pressed Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
