Guest guest Posted November 3, 2007 Report Share Posted November 3, 2007 Dessert Salsa 1/2 small ripe pineapple, finely diced 1 punnet (250 g) (9 oz) blueberries, rinsed pulp of 2 to 3 passionfruit, to taste lime -OR- lemon juice, to taste slivered mint leaves Place all ingredients in a bowl and lightly mix to combine. Garnish servings with extra mint leaves if you like. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Wonderful on scoops of ice-cream or mini cheesecakes. For special occasions add a splash of your favourite liqueur.
