Guest guest Posted October 23, 2007 Report Share Posted October 23, 2007 Roasted Cauliflower, Lavender, Rosemary and Garlic Source: Recipezaar 1 large cauliflower, trimmed and cut into bite size pieces 8 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed 1 to 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary 1 teaspoon fresh lavender 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon coarse salt 1 fresh lemon, juice of 1/4 cup olive oil, plus more olive oil, to drizzle 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Mix oil, garlic, rosemary, lavender, pepper, salt, lemon juice and oil together. 3. Toss in cauliflower and place in a large casserole dish in a single layer not over crowdering. 4. Roast 20 minutes give a toss and bake for 15 more. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
