Guest guest Posted October 9, 2007 Report Share Posted October 9, 2007 Apple Cabbage Cole Slaw 1 cup cabbage, shredded 1/2 cup carrot, grated 1/2 cup cup walnuts, chopped 1/2 cup apples, diced 1/2 cup celery, chopped Dressing: 2 Tbsp. Vegenaise 1 Tbsp. honey or vegan alternative (maple syrup/agave syrup/etc.) 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds 1/2 tsp. soy milk Combine the cabbage, carrot, walnuts, apples, and celery and set aside. Blend the dressing ingredients together until well mixed. Then pour the dressing over the salad and stir gently. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
