Guest guest
I had pneumonia last year and was diagnosed with allergic asthma. After I took at 12 week regimen of Zithromax last Fall, my symptoms improved though I still have many allergies. I had some basic allergy testing but have figured out that I am allergic to many additives and preservatives beyond that. If I eat the wrong food I will start wheezing and have to take an antihistamine. Fortunatley I have worked past the steroid inhaler and am nearly off the Singulair. I do not think medications are good for your body. Since I have given up wheat products I have not had any intestinal discomfort. My energy levels are soaring. I have been vegetarian for about ten years now. It is permanent, I will never eat animal products again. I try to limit my dairy though I am allergic to soy too, so that is frustrating. Quite amazing what a change of diet will do! However, I am at the point where I am totally tired of all my cooking so I hope to find some new recipes to try on this group. ~Melanie
