Guest guest Posted September 4, 2007 Report Share Posted September 4, 2007 Hi everyone, I thought I'd better introduce myself. I'm Jane, I'm from the UK, and I have a 9 year old son who is coeliac. He was diagnosed aged 4. HIs little sister isn't coeliac, but eats a lot of gf food, as we all do. We eat a vegetarian diet at home, and I'm always on the look-out for new recipes, especially ones to involve the children. I'll probably lurk for a bit while I investigate all the recipe files!
