Guest guest Posted August 18, 2007 Report Share Posted August 18, 2007 Roasted Peppers & Wild Rice 1 1/4 cups wild rice blend 200 g (7 oz) fire-roasted marinated red pepper strips, thinly sliced 4 tsp vegetable oil 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves 1. Cook the rice in a large saucepan of salted boiling water following packet directions or until tender. Drain well and return to the pan. 2.
