Guest guest
My daughter can't eat corn, gluten or dairy. It was difficult at first but we have come up with some things that work. When she was an infant I had no time to cook so I bought a rice cooker. It really helped out during that first year. You can just put all the ingredients in and walk away. Here is a list of some of the other easy foods I used. Cascadian Farms organic french fries (easy to bake in the oven) rice pasta and sauce with pine nuts 5 bean salad (easy if you buy beans in a jar and don't have to pre-soak them) pea soup (make a large batch and freeze it in small serving sizes) pesto (if the baby can tolerate garlic, mine did) Lara bars (these are delicious and loaded with minerals but nothing artificial) Make a salad and add chick peas or nuts Erehwon Rice Crispies and rice milk Rice cakes topped with peanut butter and fruit spread Frozen gluten free pizza crust topped with veggies and pine nuts or pesto Namaste foods has a whole line a delicious baked good mixes you can prepare and then freeze I remember that screaming all day time. My daughter did it for nine months. I am glad to hear that your daughter is doing better. Renee
