Can be halved and put in the slow cooker on low all day too. Enjoy! Stephanie The Kitchen Sink Won't Fit Veggie Soup 60 oz Veggie Broth 1 Head Cabbage 4 Russet Potatoes 1 lb. Carrots 1 Large Onion 3 Yellow Crookneck Squash 2 Large Zuchini 2 Cans Kidney Beans (drained and rinsed) 2 Cans Great Northern Beans (drained and rinsed) 2 Cans Diced Tomatoes 12 oz. Frozen Green Beans To Taste: Garlic Salt Black Pepper Italian Seasoning Directions: *Chop veggies that need to be chopped *Add all ingredients to LARGE soup pot starting with the cabbage,potatoes and onion first *Cook all day, even longer if possible, the longer it cooks, the yummier it gets Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
