Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I visited an asian food market in my area yesterday, and they sell pure bean noodles! I wanted to let people know that they exist. I am excited to try them. Asian markets are also much cheaper than buying the same products at whole food stores. Guest guest
Rice noodles are also common in Asian cuisine made with only rice. In Korean markets you can find sweet potato noodles, made out of the starch from sweet potatoes. They are delicious prepared Korean-style. However they are a little intimidating looking if you've never cooked them. The dish they are commonly used in is called " Chap chae " or " Jap jae " . It is similar to Chinese-style " pan fried noodles " . Ready for the edge of your seat? Check out tonight's top picks on TV.
Guest guest
Yes, we use these all the time - they are called glass noodles and are made from mung beans - at least the ones we get here are. Mostly the local asian people call them bean threads.
