Guest guest Posted July 31, 2007 Report Share Posted July 31, 2007 Vegan Chocolate Cheesecake Source: Recipzaar, from " How it All Vegan " . 3 cups medium firm tofu 1 cup vegan margarine, melted 1 to 1 1/2 cups dry sweetener 3/4 cup cocoa powder 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup soy milk 1 GF graham pie crust (see " Pies & Pie Crusts " for recipes) 1. Using a blender or food processor blend all the ingredients until smooth. 2. Pour ingredients into a cheesecake pan which has been lined with graham cracker pie crust. 3.
