Guest guest Posted July 24, 2007 Report Share Posted July 24, 2007 Dressed Peas Source Recipezaar, orginally from " Companies Coming for Christmas " . 1/4 cup water 1 teaspoon cornstarch (cornflour) 2 tablespoons (30 ml) red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 pinch nutmeg 1 pinch pepper 2 1/4 lbs (1 kg) frozen peas 1. Heat and mix all the ingredients (except peas) in a saucepan, stir until it boils and thickens slightly. 2. Cook peas according to instructions on the package. 3.
