Has anyone used this book?

Eating Right for a Bad Gut; The Complete Nutritional Guide to Ileitis,

Colitis, Crohn's Disease & Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Dr. James Scala,

 

 

If so, would you please give me an overview of what the book suggests

for diet? I'm trying to help a friend of mine by exporting some

recipes out of a cookbook program that I have.
