Guest guest Posted June 29, 2007 Report Share Posted June 29, 2007 Walnut Coconut Dessert 3 cups walnuts (raw, and soaked overnight) 2 cups coconut 1/2 cup carob powder 150 ml (5 fl oz) agave syrup 1. Chop Walnuts in a food processor. 2. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. 3. Scoop into a baking pan and let set. (You might be able to form them into balls, try if you like.) Serve!
