Guest guest Posted July 1, 2007 Report Share Posted July 1, 2007 I wanted to share our dinner menu as it was so well appreciated here. I made the Ratatouille Provencale from the files. Served it with a quinoa/millet mix cooked up in veggie broth and finished the meal with fresh steamed broccoli from the local farmers' market. It was really good, tho I had to call the eggplant " aubergine " to get my 6 year old to try it I especially liked the my gluten free family members ate the same as the rest of the family.
