Guest guest Posted June 29, 2007 Report Share Posted June 29, 2007 'Cream' of Mushroom Soup (Raw) Source: Recipezaar 3 cups walnuts 6 cloves garlic 6 cups water 1/2 cup (GF) nama shoyu (unpasteurized fermented soybean sauce) 1/4 cup rosemary 1 1/2 cups ground flax seeds (linseed) 1 cup mushrooms, soaked in nama shoyu for 1 hour and chopped 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms, soaked in nama shoyu,for 1 hour and drained 1. Place walnuts, garlic water, Nama shoyu, and rosemary in blender and blend until creamy. 2. Add ground flax seed and blend well. 3. Pour into a serving dish and add mushrooms. Serves 8.
