Guest guest Posted June 28, 2007 Report Share Posted June 28, 2007 Mixed Peas with Lime and Almond Butter 90 g (3 oz) vegan margarine 2 tablespoons (8 tsp) slivered almonds, toasted 2 tablespoons (8 tsp) chopped fresh parsley 1 teaspoon finely grated lime rind 500 g (17 oz) snow peas 500 g (17 oz) sugar snap peas 500 g (17 oz) peas, shelled 1. Combine the margarine, almonds, parsley and rind in a small bowl, stir to combine. 2. Boil, steam or microwave the peas, separately, until just tender; drain. 3.
