Guest guest Posted June 28, 2007 Report Share Posted June 28, 2007 Roasted Red Pepper red peppers 1. Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds. 2. Place skin down on a hot griddle until skin blackens and blisters. 3. Place pieces into a plastic bag and tie bag in knot to seal. Place in sink or bowl full of cold water. 3.
