Baby Beans with Garlic And Hazelnuts

 

 

200 g (7 oz) baby beans, trimmed

4 tsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped

2 tablespoons (8 tsp) chopped parsley

 

 

1. Cook beans in a pot of boiling salted water for about 4 to 5

minutes or until cooked. Drain and set aside.

 

2. Heat oil in a small frying pan. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

 

3. Add beans and hazelnuts. Cook until hazelnuts start to colour

(making sure they don't burn).

 

4. Stir through the parsley.

 

 

Serves 4.
