Guest guest Posted June 26, 2007 Report Share Posted June 26, 2007 Summer Pasta Sauce A light, fresh tomato sauce — tossed into hot spaghetti, that makes a delightful summer lunch dish. 500 g (18 oz) tomatoes 1 onion 6 green olives 4 tsp capers 1/4 teaspoon oregano 1/3 cup chopped parsley 2 cloves garlic 1/2 cup oil 1. Chop unpeeled tomatoes finely; peel and chop onion, stone and chop olives, chop capers finely; crush garlic. 2. Combine all ingredients; mix well, cover, stand overnight. 3.
