Guest guest Posted June 26, 2007 Report Share Posted June 26, 2007 Tofu Mayonnaise Source: NEWSTART Cookbook 1 lb. tofu 1/4 C. lemon juice 1 Tb. honey (or vegan alternative sweetener/maple syrup or agave syrup) 2 tsp. onion powder 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp. dill weed 1 tsp. salt 1. BLEND smooth all ingredients. 2. ADD a little water for blending, if necessary. Note: For tofu sour cream, omit honey and increase lemon juice to 1/3 cup.
