Guest guest Posted June 23, 2007 Report Share Posted June 23, 2007 Sauteed Peas And Celery Source: Recipzaar. 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil 1/4 cup chopped red onions 1/4 cup chopped celery 10 ounce (285 g) frozen peas -OR- 2 cups fresh peas 2 tablespoons (8 tsp) chopped celery leaves 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1. Heat oil in skillet on medium, add onions, cook until soft. 2. Add celery, cook until crisp tender. 3. Increase heat to medium-high, add peas. Cook until peas are heated through (about 6 minutes). 5.
