Guest guest Posted June 23, 2007 Report Share Posted June 23, 2007 Spicy Fried Celery Source: Recipezaar. 4 celery ribs, with some leaves 1 small red chili 3 tsp oil 4 teaspoons sugar 2 tbsp (30 ml) GF soy sauce 1. Cut the celery sticks into 4 cm (1 1/4 " ) lengths, then finely shred these vertically. 2. Slice the chilli thinly. 3. Heat the oil in a fry pan, and add the celery, chilli and sugar. 4. Stir-fry over a moderate heat for 1 minute, then add the soy sauce and continue stir frying for a further minute or two and until all the liquid has evaporated.
