Guest guest Posted June 23, 2007 Report Share Posted June 23, 2007 Chinese Celery Source: Recipezaar. 2 tablespoons (6 tsp) vegan margarine 2 cups sliced celery 1 cup chopped onions 8 ounces (225 g) water chestnuts, drained 4 ounces (115 g) sliced mushrooms, drained 2 tablespoons (6 tsp) slivered almonds 1 tablespoon (3 tsp) water 3 tablespoons (45 ml) soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon ginger 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the margarine. 2. Add all remaining ingredients.
