rolled grains

I get rolled oats imported from the UK because they are the most likely to be

wheat free. They are actually stocked regularly in my local grocery store, so

no hassle for me at all.

 

I've tried to buy a grain roller machine for my home, but for some reason, they

only seem to be available for sale in the States. It's occured to me to ask an

American friend to buy me one and send it to me. That way, I could take whole

grains of my choosing and make my own flakes.
