Guest guest Posted June 21, 2007 Report Share Posted June 21, 2007 Golden Crunchy Potatoes potatoes fresh GF breadcrumbs olive oil parsley, finely chopped 1. Peel and cut potatoes into 3 cm pieces. Boil until tender. Drain. 2. Pan-fry breadcrumbs in a little oil until golden. 3. Add potatoes and parsley. Toss until heated through. Season and serve.
