Guest guest Posted June 17, 2007 Report Share Posted June 17, 2007 Garlic-Cauliflower Stir-Fry 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 large head cauliflower (about 3 pound), broken into florets 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes 1/2 teaspoons lemon-pepper seasoning (or Bill's Best Chicknish) In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add cauliflower and garlic. Sprinkle with parsley and lemon pepper (or Chicknish). Cook and stir for 12-15 mins or until lightly browned and tender. Serves 8.
