Guest guest Posted June 16, 2007 Report Share Posted June 16, 2007 Celeriac Mash Source: Recipezaar 2 celeriac, peeled and cut 2 potatoes, peeled and cut 1 onion, diced into large pieces and divided in half 2 tablespoons (6 tsp) vegan margarine 1. In a small sauce pot place celeriac, add water to cover. 2. In separate pot place potato with water to cover. 3. Place half the onion in each pot and simmer until each is fork tender. 4. Strain liquid and place all ingredients, in a food processor or blender. 5. Puree until mash has a smooth consistency. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4.
